# ConnectingVA vs GLTC Flex

The clearest difference is rating: GLTC Flex at 5.0 against ConnectingVA's 4.2. GLTC Flex also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). ConnectingVA's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GLTC Flex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ConnectingVA has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
