# TempoWe vs FacePlus

The clearest difference is ads: FacePlus at none against TempoWe's shown. FacePlus also leads on ratings volume (5.5K vs 93) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). TempoWe's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 16%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TempoWe sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and FacePlus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for TempoWe against 4.6 for FacePlus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FacePlus has 5.5K ratings behind it against 93, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of TempoWe's written reviews are positive against 16% of FacePlus's.

TempoWe ships an update monthly, FacePlus weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
