# Flashat vs My Branches

The clearest difference is rating: My Branches at 5.0 against Flashat's 4.3. My Branches also leads on ads (none vs shown). Flashat's advantage is ratings volume (39 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flashat sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $48.00 per year and My Branches sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Branches holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flashat has 39 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Flashat ships an update weekly, My Branches every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
