# Motorcycle License Test Prep vs Slice Academy

The clearest difference is monetization model: Motorcycle License Test Prep at free with in-app purchases against Slice Academy's subscription. Motorcycle License Test Prep also leads on ratings volume (905 vs 13) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Slice Academy's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Motorcycle License Test Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Slice Academy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slice Academy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Motorcycle License Test Prep has 905 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Motorcycle License Test Prep ships an update every 5 weeks, Slice Academy every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
