# Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker vs ICS Dashboard

The clearest difference is rating: Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker at 4.8 against ICS Dashboard's 3.8. Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker also leads on ratings volume (149 vs 8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). ICS Dashboard's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 44%) and in-app purchases (none vs 6). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. ICS Dashboard asks for nothing beyond the download.

Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker has 149 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker's written reviews are positive against 80% of ICS Dashboard's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Waterbomber Wildfire Tracker ships an update every 5 weeks, ICS Dashboard fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
