# noteit vs Keepin

The clearest difference is rating: noteit at 4.8 against Keepin's 3.8. noteit also leads on ratings volume (99K vs 4). Keepin's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 43%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. noteit sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Keepin sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

noteit holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: noteit has 99K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of noteit's written reviews are positive against 83% of Keepin's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

noteit ships an update fortnightly, Keepin every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
