# EDC vs Khmer Keyboard

The clearest difference is rating: EDC at 4.6 against Khmer Keyboard's 3.0. EDC also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 23 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Khmer Keyboard sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. EDC asks for nothing beyond the download.
