# Loolinn vs AR

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Loolinn at 50% against AR's 14%. AR's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Loolinn ships an update every 8 months, AR every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
