# addi2go vs Machine Knit Community

The clearest difference is update cadence: Machine Knit Community at weekly against addi2go's every 2 months. Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Machine Knit Community holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 49 and 21 respectively.
