# Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning vs LAVA+

The clearest difference is rating: Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning at 4.4 against LAVA+'s 3.3. Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 36). LAVA+'s advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and LAVA+ sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning has 1.9K ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning's written reviews are positive against 28% of LAVA+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rocksmith+ Fast Music Learning ships an update monthly, LAVA+ fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
