# Empire Load vs ICON Logistics

The clearest difference is rating: ICON Logistics at 4.0 against Empire Load's 3.5. Empire Load's advantage is ratings volume (115 vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ICON Logistics holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Empire Load has 115 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Empire Load ships an update every 5 weeks, ICON Logistics every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
