# Pre vs MomoFocus

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pre at none against MomoFocus's 3. Pre also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16). MomoFocus's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MomoFocus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Pre asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pre ships an update every 7 months, MomoFocus fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
