# Pétanque vs Pétanque Scanner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pétanque Scanner at every 9 days against Pétanque's every 21 months. Pétanque Scanner also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
