# DR. EPIC COLORS vs Ever Beyond

The clearest difference is rating: DR. EPIC COLORS at 5.0 against Ever Beyond's 4.1. Ever Beyond's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 45 months) and ratings volume (32 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DR. EPIC COLORS sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Ever Beyond sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DR. EPIC COLORS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ever Beyond has 32 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DR. EPIC COLORS ships an update every 45 months, Ever Beyond every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
