# TBB Nova vs SRNE

The clearest difference is rating: TBB Nova at 4.5 against SRNE's 4.2. TBB Nova also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TBB Nova holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of TBB Nova's written reviews are positive against 40% of SRNE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TBB Nova ships an update every 4 weeks, SRNE fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
