# Luxxle vs Braver Search

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Luxxle at none against Braver Search's 10. Luxxle also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (207 vs 30). Braver Search's advantage is review sentiment (82% vs 53%) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Braver Search sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Luxxle asks for nothing beyond the download.

Luxxle holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luxxle has 207 ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Luxxle's written reviews are positive against 82% of Braver Search's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Luxxle ships an update every 4 months, Braver Search every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
