# Interactive Chat Stories vs StoryTap

The clearest difference is ads: StoryTap at none against Interactive Chat Stories's shown. StoryTap also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Interactive Chat Stories's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interactive Chat Stories sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and StoryTap sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StoryTap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Interactive Chat Stories has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
