# StudyX vs Damy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Damy at 100% against StudyX's 56%. StudyX's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (959 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StudyX sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Damy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StudyX holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: StudyX has 959 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of StudyX's written reviews are positive against 100% of Damy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

StudyX ships an update every 11 days, Damy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
