# Rajdo Smart vs AeroGarden

The clearest difference is rating: AeroGarden at 4.1 against Rajdo Smart's 2.0. AeroGarden also leads on ratings volume (684 vs 36). Rajdo Smart's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (26% vs 13%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AeroGarden holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AeroGarden has 684 ratings behind it against 36, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Rajdo Smart's written reviews are positive against 13% of AeroGarden's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rajdo Smart ships an update weekly, AeroGarden every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
