# Small Haul vs Flextrip

The clearest difference is monetization model: Small Haul at free against Flextrip's freemium. Flextrip's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Small Haul against 5.0 for Flextrip. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flextrip has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Small Haul ships an update every 2 weeks, Flextrip fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
