# Newblue vs WATEKE

The clearest difference is update cadence: WATEKE at every 3 days against Newblue's monthly. WATEKE also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Newblue ships an update monthly, WATEKE every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
