# JQY vs Lently

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lently at every 2 weeks against JQY's every 2 months. JQY's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for JQY against 5.0 for Lently. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JQY has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

JQY ships an update every 2 months, Lently every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
