# ShakeItOff vs Frequency Healing

The clearest difference is price: Frequency Healing at Free against ShakeItOff's $4.99. Frequency Healing also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 64%) and ratings volume (281 vs 5). ShakeItOff's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Frequency Healing is free to download; ShakeItOff costs $4.99 up front. Frequency Healing sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. ShakeItOff asks for nothing beyond the download.

ShakeItOff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Frequency Healing has 281 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of ShakeItOff's written reviews are positive against 89% of Frequency Healing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ShakeItOff ships an update every 3 months, Frequency Healing every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
