# Anecdote Coffee vs Antilogy

The clearest difference is update cadence: Anecdote Coffee at every 3 months against Antilogy's every 14 months. Anecdote Coffee also leads on ratings volume (253 vs 14). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Anecdote Coffee holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anecdote Coffee has 253 ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 95% of Anecdote Coffee's written reviews are positive against 100% of Antilogy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Anecdote Coffee ships an update every 3 months, Antilogy every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
