# Which Wheel? vs Crane Rescue 3D

Which Wheel? and Crane Rescue 3D both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 63% of Which Wheel?'s written reviews are positive against 6% of Crane Rescue 3D's. Which Wheel? also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Crane Rescue 3D's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 1.7K). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Which Wheel? sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Crane Rescue 3D sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crane Rescue 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crane Rescue 3D has 12K ratings behind it against 1.7K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Which Wheel?'s written reviews are positive against 6% of Crane Rescue 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Which Wheel? ships an update every 2 months, Crane Rescue 3D every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
