# Good Robot vs Stretch Robot

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Good Robot at 100% against Stretch Robot's 57%. Good Robot also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Stretch Robot's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.6) and ratings volume (124 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stretch Robot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Good Robot asks for nothing beyond the download.

Stretch Robot holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stretch Robot has 124 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Good Robot's written reviews are positive against 57% of Stretch Robot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
