# Yik Yak vs RandezVous

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RandezVous at 100% against Yik Yak's 25%. RandezVous also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.9) and ads (none vs shown). Yik Yak's advantage is ratings volume (52K vs 20) and chart position (#36 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yik Yak sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and RandezVous sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
