# Xantrex App vs Global Link Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Xantrex App at 5.0 against Global Link Connect's 3.7. Xantrex App also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). Global Link Connect's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
