# Note vs Autosnap

The clearest difference is rating: Autosnap at 5.0 against Note's 4.5. Autosnap also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4). Note's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Autosnap asks for nothing beyond the download.

Autosnap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Note has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Note ships an update every 5 days, Autosnap every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
