# Route Optimize vs enRoute Route Planner

Route Optimize and enRoute Route Planner both sit at 3.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 42% of Route Optimize's written reviews are positive against 3% of enRoute Route Planner's. Route Optimize also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). enRoute Route Planner's advantage is ratings volume (99 vs 16). enRoute Route Planner holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: enRoute Route Planner has 99 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Route Optimize's written reviews are positive against 3% of enRoute Route Planner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
