Flashcard Maker & AI vs Cortx

Just R is a flashcard maker for learning foreign languages with spaced repetition. Create your own vocabulary flashcards for English, Spanish, German, French or any other language, study them with a swipe, and let Just R remind you to review each deck right before you forget it, on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve. Words stick because you repeat them on time. HOW IT WORKS • Make a deck: add words or phrases with a translation, a note, a tag and a color. Type them, dictate them or import a CSV file. • Swipe to study: flip each card and mark it Remember or Forgot. Cards you don't know yet come back until you do. • Repeat on time: turn on the forgetting curve and Just R schedules every review for you, from 1 minute to 3 months, as a notification or a Calendar event. Prefer your own rhythm? Set reminders at the times you choose. NEW IN 1.2 • Generate a whole deck with AI: choose a topic, the languages and your level, preview the cards and save them. Add more cards with AI to any deck. • Search ready-made decks and filter them by language, level and topic. • A redesigned Library for categories, decks, cards and tags. Move decks between categories. • Buy a single ready-made deck, or get them all with Premium. • Flip cards sorted into Know and Don't know, so you repeat only what you missed. FEATURES • Categories and decks with colors, descriptions and a "finished" mark • Five kinds of cards: word to word, sentence to sentence, sentence to flip, recorded sentence and quote • Speaking cards: hear cards read aloud in both languages, choose the voice, speed and pitch, and play a deck hands-free • Dictation: hold the button, say the phrase and iOS types it in • Tags, sorting, filters and search across every card you made • Repetition counts for today and in total, and every date you reviewed a deck • Home Screen widgets with a random card or quote • CSV import and export to back up your vocabulary or bring in word lists • Share decks with friends as a file • Works offline; sign in with Apple, email or phone to sync your decks • Made for iPhone and iPad AI TOOLS • AI images: describe a scene and Just R draws a picture for the card. A picture is easier to recall than a word alone. • AI voice: a natural voice instead of the built-in system voice. • Word in context: see how a word or phrase is used in real sentences before you add it. AI features ask for your permission first, and only the text of the card is sent. READY-MADE DECKS Not sure where to begin? Save decks of idioms, phrasal verbs and everyday expressions to your collection and study them like your own, with every card read aloud.
