# Accel Golf vs Eiger

Accel Golf and Eiger both sit at 4.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Accel Golf's written reviews are positive against 50% of Eiger's. Eiger's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Accel Golf sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Eiger sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Eiger holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 17 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Accel Golf's written reviews are positive against 50% of Eiger's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Accel Golf ships an update every 4 months, Eiger every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
