# G vs Neo Avant

The clearest difference is review sentiment: G at 100% against Neo Avant's 27%. Neo Avant's advantage is rating (4.0 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 27 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Neo Avant holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 8 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of G's written reviews are positive against 27% of Neo Avant's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

G ships an update every 27 months, Neo Avant every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
