# Pumpkii vs Neakasa

The clearest difference is rating: Pumpkii at 2.9 against Neakasa's 1.9. Neakasa's advantage is review sentiment (16% vs 0%) and ratings volume (187 vs 11). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pumpkii holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neakasa has 187 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Pumpkii's written reviews are positive against 16% of Neakasa's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pumpkii ships an update monthly, Neakasa every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
