# QR Code Generator vs Zeely

QR Code Generator and Zeely both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 76% of Zeely's written reviews are positive against 36% of QR Code Generator's. Zeely also leads on ads (none vs shown) and chart position (#64 vs unranked). QR Code Generator's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QR Code Generator sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Zeely sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QR Code Generator holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 18K and 24K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of QR Code Generator's written reviews are positive against 76% of Zeely's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QR Code Generator ships an update every 2 weeks, Zeely weekly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
