# NEXT vs Later Daters

NEXT and Later Daters both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of Later Daters's written reviews are positive against 24% of NEXT's. Later Daters also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). NEXT's advantage is ratings volume (140 vs 16). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NEXT sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Later Daters sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for NEXT against 4.3 for Later Daters. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NEXT has 140 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 24% of NEXT's written reviews are positive against 80% of Later Daters's.
