# Widgit vs WidgetsLab

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Widgit at none against WidgetsLab's 3. Widgit also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (146 vs 1). WidgetsLab's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WidgetsLab sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Widgit asks for nothing beyond the download.

WidgetsLab holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Widgit has 146 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
