# BDC Online vs Dymensions

The clearest difference is monetization model: Dymensions at freemium against BDC Online's subscription. Dymensions also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). BDC Online's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BDC Online sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and Dymensions sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $20.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dymensions holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BDC Online has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BDC Online ships an update every 5 weeks, Dymensions monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
