The clearest difference is update cadence: Shasks at every 6 days against Craftable Mobile's every 17 months. Shasks also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Craftable Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1) and iOS requirement (11 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
