# Freedom.Fit vs DailyNourish

The clearest difference is monetization model: DailyNourish at free with in-app purchases against Freedom.Fit's subscription. Freedom.Fit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (138 vs 13). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Freedom.Fit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and DailyNourish sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Freedom.Fit holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freedom.Fit has 138 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Freedom.Fit ships an update every 5 weeks, DailyNourish monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
