# Freedom.Fit vs Motion Hero

The clearest difference is update cadence: Motion Hero at every 4 days against Freedom.Fit's every 5 weeks. Freedom.Fit's advantage is device support (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Freedom.Fit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Motion Hero sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Freedom.Fit ships an update every 5 weeks, Motion Hero every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
