# Lost Pages vs Total Synthesis

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Total Synthesis at 100% against Lost Pages's 50%. Total Synthesis also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Lost Pages's advantage is ratings volume (173 vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lost Pages sells 50 one-off in-app purchases and Total Synthesis sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Total Synthesis holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7.
