# Imperia Caviar vs Fabpicks

The clearest difference is ads: Imperia Caviar at none against Fabpicks's shown. Imperia Caviar also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 2) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Fabpicks's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Imperia Caviar against 5.0 for Fabpicks. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Imperia Caviar has 1.5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Imperia Caviar ships an update every 3 months, Fabpicks fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
