# Forwood CCV vs IMARC

The clearest difference is update cadence: IMARC at weekly against Forwood CCV's every 2 months. IMARC also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Forwood CCV's advantage is ratings volume (353 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IMARC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forwood CCV has 353 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Forwood CCV's written reviews are positive against 80% of IMARC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Forwood CCV ships an update every 2 months, IMARC weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
