# TrueToForm vs HuntOps

The clearest difference is rating: HuntOps at 5.0 against TrueToForm's 3.8. TrueToForm's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HuntOps holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrueToForm has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

TrueToForm ships an update every 3 weeks, HuntOps every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
