# Found vs Bluetooth Finder

The clearest difference is ads: Bluetooth Finder at none against Found's shown. Bluetooth Finder also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Found's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Found sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Bluetooth Finder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bluetooth Finder holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Found has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Found ships an update weekly, Bluetooth Finder every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
