# Dream Keys vs DreamNotes

The clearest difference is rating: Dream Keys at 5.0 against DreamNotes's 3.3. Dream Keys also leads on ratings volume (45 vs 3) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). DreamNotes's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 16 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dream Keys sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and DreamNotes sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dream Keys holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dream Keys has 45 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Dream Keys ships an update every 16 months, DreamNotes every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
