# WeiBook vs BarberNote

The clearest difference is rating: BarberNote at 5.0 against WeiBook's 3.8. WeiBook's advantage is ratings volume (39 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WeiBook sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per month and BarberNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BarberNote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WeiBook has 39 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

WeiBook ships an update every 8 days, BarberNote every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
