# MODBOX vs Math World

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MODBOX at 76% against Math World's 0%. MODBOX also leads on ratings volume (406 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). Math World's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MODBOX sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Math World sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Math World holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MODBOX has 406 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of MODBOX's written reviews are positive against 0% of Math World's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
