# birthpay vs Yoinks

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: birthpay at none against Yoinks's 1. birthpay also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and ratings volume (12 vs 2). Yoinks's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yoinks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. birthpay asks for nothing beyond the download.

Yoinks holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: birthpay has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

birthpay ships an update weekly, Yoinks monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
